At the last Court hearing lawyers for Hostess reported publicly to the Court that, based on receipts from sales that have closed and projections for future sales, Hostess does not believe that it will have funds to pay any administrative expense claims, which would include union and employee administrative claims for severance, vacation pay, etc., other than items like some professional fees.
